Fate-Masters
The Fate-Masters are, simply put, weirdos. No one knows much about them and they're all quite tight-lipped, but money seems to follow them everywhere. Money and trouble, that is. A shop that sells to them a discount gets massive tips, one that overcharges gets burned down. These guys clearly think highly of themselves, but that kind of power is.... alluring, to be sure. Makes a girl wonder.
Structure
The Masters, three heads of everything involving the Trials, give instructions to the Mentors, who watch over the contestants. The Masters answer to the Head Master, but no one else does. Aside from this, the organization's structure is pretty loose. The Mentors constantly clamor for the favor of the Masters, who change alliances on a whim.
Public Agenda
Testing to find the greatest heroes in all the Multiverse. If a few eggs break in the process, that's the cost of science.
