The Collective

Nexus has the standard collection of guilds and craftsman, but is unique in that they blend together into a guild of guilds called the Collective. They also organize and maintain the Worldy Market, eliminating the need for a police force to be present at most markets and businesses.

Culture

Members are well respected, as they keep the city's money moving almost single-handedly. Anyone with a part in Nexus's economy is a member, willingly or otherwise. Within the group, there is a loose hierarchy that encourages individuality but respect for the group, cultivating a culture of self-starters who still participate positively in the community.
The group itself lacks any sinister undertones or nefarious motives, but many Nexians resent the organization for requiring everyone to join to be even slightly relevant in the Nexus business scene.
