Doctor Asteria (a.k.a. The Silver Scholar)

Asteria, the Silver Scholar, was a silver dragon in the later parts of the Age of Black Sky and the early years of the New Dawn era. After centuries of carefully catalogueing celestial and solar events, she calculated the most accurate calendar system the world has ever know, correcting thousands of years of miscalculation. The calendar was officially adopted by the majority of the world's nations in the year 347 ND (8346 CC).

Asteria, as a wyrmling, was given permission by the city of Nyolona on the continent of Aunell to study at university as a social exercise for the scholars their. She, to her credit, took a liking to the education, and remained as a student until the age of 150 where she finally felt like she'd laid enough of a foundation to begin her own research. The university, ecstatic that she was willing to pursue such interests, gave the title of Doctor as she left.
