The Last Watch

The Last Watch is a group of Planeswalkers who have dedicated their lives to protecting the material planes from extraplanar threats.

History

After the collapse of the Gatewatch during the Battle of Ravnica, where many Planeswalkers perished fighting Nicol Bolas, a handful of the survivors banded together to carry on the memory of the organization.

Laws

The Law of No Interference

Under the authority given to the Planeswalkers of The Last Watch, no Planeswalker shall by his or her own volition, or by command, influence the natural progression of any material plane. Should a Planeswalker stumble onto a world facing great strife and crisis of which the origin is native to that plane, that Planeswalker shall not interfere under any circumstances and is suggested, but not commanded, to leave that plane as early as possible. Violation of this law is punishable by immediate excommunication from The Last Watch for even minor infractions, and possible execution for the most grave of offenses.
