Cults of Ris

An obscure but growing religious network of cults and anti-tharrisian extremist groups, the Cults of Ris are a decentralized and mysterious organization(s) of which little is known.
The Cults of Ris seem to mostly be based out of the Impero Tharrisian Province of Forelenium, but it has been theorized that some cults exist outside of those borders.
They are mostly known for fomenting rebellion and dissent against Tharrisia, and have been successfully linked to dozens of terrorist bombings, assassinations, and other subversive activities. They are less known for their heretical thoughts that an hereto-unknown god called "Ris" supports their cause and drives their faith, though the details of this faith is a deeply guarded secret in each cult.
Tharrisia has designated the Cults of Ris as a high level threat to the Tharrisian government and its people, but despite decades of trying to hunt them down, has met limited success.

Structure

Little is known of how the Cults organize themselves, beyond the fact that each specific cult seems to be led by a "Cennend of Resistance."

Culture

Beyond their deeply religious nature, and anti-Tharrisian mission, little is known of how the cults behave or act amongst themselves. It has been noted though, that there seems to be more Changelings among their number than would be expected.

Public Agenda

While the full goals of the cults are unknown, their viewing of Tharrisia as an imperialist power that must be overthrown seems to be most obvious and observable.
