Zemlvazkho (Zem-l-vaz-ko)

Zemlvazkho is less of an actual united nation and more of a loose confederation of tribes stuck in a frozen land.   Roughly translating from Goliath to "Land of Harship," Zemlvazkho is the ancestral land of the Goliath and is mostly occupied by them.   The land of the Goliath is a snowy and harsh land that contains the Vyskoy Mountains, which are snowy and cold year around, and the Kvar Plains, which are snowy and cold most of the year, but it does enjoy a 30-60 day "warm" period.   This harsh climate suits the Goliath and their tribes just fine, as they like the challenge. The tribes are in constant conflict with the weather as well as each other, allowing them to strengthen themselves and their tribes.   As one could guess the Goliath of Zemlvazkho aren't exactly friendly to outsiders. While outsiders can win the respect of tribes and Goliath, as a rule the Goliath aren't an open and welcoming lot. There is a slight exception to this with the Myr Tribe on the coast, which has come to understand the ways of trade and, more importantly to them, fishing. This has led to the town of Myr being the one place outsiders are regularly allowed to visit. The Myr will trade with other tribes for Goliath only goods (such as their furs) for Goliath desired goods (such as food and weapons), and then they'll trade those goods to the outside world for outside world goods.   For the most part though, Zemlvazkho remains a wild, untamed, and cold land unwelcoming to most people.

Structure

Zemlvazkho doesn't have an official structure. Each tribe has its own rules, its own cultures, and its own way of governing. Tribes will work and trade with each other at times, and at others they'll fight each other for dominance and to prove themselves. The Myr are a slight variation on this, where they will follow basic "Don't murder, don't steal, don't disrespect" rules that are ruled on by the Clan Father, the eldest man of the Myr tribe.
