Shatori

Shatoris are a unique and ethereal species of tall, graceful humanoids with translucent flesh and glowing eyes. They have an extended lifespan due to their exposure to the Boneyard's energies, but are sterile and unable to reproduce. Shatoris once had a powerful and advanced civilization that was destroyed by daemonic forces, forcing the survivors to enter stasis and emerge in a new, altered state.
Their culture values impartiality, tranquility, and philosophical egoism. They believe in finding one's purpose and using their gifts to benefit both themselves and others. Inaction is seen as a great sin, and they strive to ensure their knowledge and culture are remembered even if they do not survive. Shatoris are willing to share their knowledge with other species, despite their own dwindling numbers.
