Natalya leaves Flottenheim to take a family of refugees into Arrallath. She and Fenneck say goodbye and she goes back to Arrallath.
Natalya helped the small elf into the carriage and turned to Fenneck who was waiting on the steps on the entrance to Flottenheim. They were on the Great Skyway side. Natalya went to him. He looked worried. Natalya felt a wave of guilt wash over her for leaving him. She felt her nerves about the wedding and everything else creep up as she embraced him. "Please don't hate me for this." She looked up into his eyes. He caressed her face. She could see fear in them. "I'll be right back. I promise." He slowly nodded, "I know. I..." He paused and Natalya saw heartbreak fill his eyes, "Please come back." He begged her softly. She buried her head in his chest. "I love you. I'm going to come back. I promise. This is different Fen." He squeezed her tightly and kissed her. Natalya wanted this moment to last forever. But she had to do this. "It's only a couple weeks." She said. He nodded and regained his composure. "Be safe Natalya. I love you so much." He said caressing her face before pulling her in for a fiercely passionate kiss. Natalya hated how much it felt like he was saying goodbye. She didn't want to add this extra stress on him but she felt incomplete. She wanted to walk down the isle to him ready for this next chapter and content with this new life. One more adventure. She thought. Her memories of Arrallath came back to her and she tried to shove the image of the Demogorgon down deep into the recesses of her mind. "I love you too Fen. Stay safe. When I get back I'll stay in your arms until our wedding day." He smiled. "I can't wait. I love you Nat." She hugged him one more time and she held his hand as she pulled away. He finally let her go and she climbed into the carriage. The trip down the Great Skyway was uneventful. Natalya loved looking out over all of Thymryu though. This beautiful country. Her country. Natalya felt a since of pride in her new home, one she had never felt about Lenisily. She sat in wonder at how her life had brought her here. She was about to marry a lord and live in a giant palace in a country that helped and cared for it's citizens. She wanted to deserve this. To deserve this amazing gift the gods had given her. The family she was taking was sweet. She told them about her adventures in Arrallath and what to expect when they got there. The days passed and she finally made it into Arrallath and helped settle the family in Tempestua. When her job was done the family thanked her and she headed out into the streets. She felt excited and nervous to go back home. Home. Fenneck. Her heart smiled up at her as if to thank her. To thank her for allowing Fenneck into her life and allowing herself to be happy in Glitterfjell. She was ready to go home.
