Legion

A Legion is the largest organizational unit in the Army of Ikan. A Legion during peace times consists of 10 Lances for a total of 1.000 Soldiers, while a during war time a Legion this would be to 100 Lances for a total of 10.000 Soldiers.
The Contract of the Dragon prohibits any Legion to be declared to be for Wartime, therefore effectively limiting them to 1000 Soldiers.
