Order of the Tailor

In a messy war with ever changing loyalty the Order of the Tailor offers a service very narrow in scope yet exceptionally vital in keeping the forces of the war in line: Assassinations. Due to the nature of their work not much is know about their structure and procedures. They are renowned as an absolute neutral force that do not favor any party and are purely abiding the contracts they got paid.
It is rumored that the order has accrued vast amounts of wealth. Most of this money does not actually come as payment for fulfilled contracts - but rather by selling "insurances" preventing any contracts to be taken on a specific person for a limited amount of time.
