Zan
Zan is captian of the guard in Ellirion and seemingly the only person who has a problem with the criminal and law arrangement that the governor has. He is constantly at odds with Corym Trisfaren, the local crime lord, and looks for any excuse to harass him within his limits. Zan is one of the most intimidating people in Ellirion, so much so that many often mistake him for some sort of brigand.
