Meieleva Cyrotykk Zaluca
Meieleva Cyrotykk Zaluca was a nobleman born in the early years of the Age of Arcanum well over 4500 years before the Korvosan Incident. In the middle age of his life he was turned into a vampire and over the centuries he stalked the caves of the continent of Golarion, primarily the lands of Andoran. Becoming the first Nosferatu type vampire he was incredibly powerful. The cunning he carried in life was only magnified by immortality. He would go centuries without detection due to his conniving plans and even when he did get noticed by a would be hunter he would either discern the threat as real and simply relocate or find the "hero" lacking and kill him quickly. In his many years of life he watching empire rise and fall the most notable of which being the Age of Arcanum itself.
Eventual he saw societies restore themselves and organizations rebuild. After hundreds and hundreds of years he found the call to be a ruler once again. To feel the power of a whole sovereign under his command. For this goal, he set his sights on Korvosa, the City of Secrets. The powerful city state once belonged to Cheliax refugees and then was assimilated by the Rothynian Empire. The wild and mysterious history of the city layered and rebuilt among ruins and intricate caves in the bluff gave it its nickname. Meieleva approached the city as a visiting noble and after years positioned himself to take the Baronship from its current ruler, he manipulated the previous Baron to actually offer him the title as the Baron's health was starting to fail anyway. Thus his coop was successful and for years he owned the city and his network of influence gave him incredible access to bodies to feed on and go undetected.
All this careful planning and efforts were to be undone by the Rothynian Princesses and their companions once they showed up and hunting a Nightmare Hag. When the group did not leave after their successful hunt he knew they would be a major problem. With only three to their number he saw that he could remove them simply but the righteous Stolyn's would not falter despite one of their party dying... the damned cleric of Iomedae brought him back so he unleashed his converted clerics and a hoard of undead to wash over them. Yet they survived and before he could then enact his means of escape they had brought some familial help and cornered him in his lair. His best efforts could not match the fury of the Stolyn's and their friends and he was ultimately slain.
