WorldEmber 2023 Homework
Week 1
I like to think my Goblins are different, but then everybody probably thinks that. Rather than the usual violent, unthinking creatures I want to make mine complicated beings with motivations beyond fighting and eating. That being said, peaceful goblins would be boring. We need war, at least rumours of it. The Dwarves of the Central Intraana Mountain Range are technologicaly advanced but have grown complacent, perfect victims for a goblin warlord seeking to fufill a prophecy. The empty region on the map below is in fact part of a mountain chain. Since no one lives there right now I'm going to dump a load of goblins there and let them sort themselves out into tribes and villages.Empty space just asking for goblins

The plan for December
- A short story following a goblin family fleeing the violence.
- A cast of characters, including goblins, dwarves, and possibly a pet troll.
- Villages, hamlets, sacred caves, dwarven outpoust.
- The history of the northern goblin tribes and The Dwarven Kingdom.

Hope you do too, Elspeth:) Soon it will all be mountains full of goblins, just got to draw them first. All those pointy bits, almost as difficult as a fjord.
XD I don't think I've ever heard a goblin compared to a fjord before, but I can see the similarity! :)
