The Exiles‘ Expeditionary Fleet

Founded in the busy Port Kêris, the Exiles' Expeditionary Fleet is an inofficial subdivision of the Moraen Fleet lead by Admiral Morwan, the re-incarnation of a former military hero with the same name. It has been created with one goal in mind: Find the outcasts of various societies, those who Morwan deems righteous in their soul, and bring them to safety in the Free Islands where humans and non-humans haven't yet established strict political dominions.   It has come to the attention of international politics only after decades of being in service, when King Broderic I. officially allowed the participation in the Exiles' Expeditionary Fleet to be an acceptable trade-in for traditional punishment if the crime committed was in accordance to the moral standards of the Fleet, the accused was not deemed a continuous threat to the society itself, and Admiral Morwan themselves accepted the punished into their ranks.

Structure

The leader of the fleet is Admiral Morwan, and he has set up a clear hierarchy that follows the usual structure of a marine ship. There is a Captain (or in this case, an Admiral), a First Mate, a Bosun, and other positions that rotate depending on the available crew.

Culture

The core beliefs of all members in the Exile's Expeditionary Fleet includes that being a social outcast and being a bad person are two separate issues. Not even every murderer is a bad person. The question is: Do you do evil for evil's sake, or do you do evil to protect the good?

Public Agenda

The public agenda is to take social outcasts and hire them for dangerous maritime works so that they are far away from the societies where they don't belong.

Assets

Not particularly rich or influential, the Exiles' Expeditionary Fleet's most prized asset is The Navigator, an old Moraen flagship.
