Alphax

Alphax is an experimental tavern in the Timecog District near the Renkita Institute of Mechanical Design and Theory. It is was founded by Roup Culvere, a mysterious alchemist and graduate from the institute. It sells special alchemically crafted beverages, vended in percent concentration of pre-made solutions codified by color - Yellow, Red, Green, and Blue. Occasionally additional "colors" are brought in.
