Pashir

The Pashir is the municipal and martial ruler of the Republic of Kishara. He is elected from among the Kenjaral to lead the nation on the geopolitical scale. While the Pashir has great leverage and can act to limit the influence of certain political actions, they can not vote on rules, laws or agendas. The Pashir rules together with the Asha, who governs the cultural and religious aspects of the republic, but also the entire Ashara.
