Asha

The Asha is the spiritual and cultural leader of the denizens of the Republic of Kishara and all followers of the Ashara. While the role is often compared with kings and other national leaders, and while past holders have been of higher birth, the Asha is not a singular ruler and his powers and freedoms are quite limited. He rules together with the Pashir as a trusted guide, a cultural leader and sometimes as a protector of the realm.
