Pekal Paktesh

The Pekal Paktesh, (translated from Kershiri to "Teaching Circle (of) Paktesh") is the private pekal of Paktesh Asha. They serve parallel to the the senate of the Republic of Kishara and debate, vote and decide on new and existing cultural behaviors, holidays and rituals. The pekal has been in session without concensus since 1558.
