The Underroads

The Underroads are a largely abandoned system of underground roads built under the Golden Peaks by the dwarves of Underhall. The roads allowed for swift and safe passage to various other settlements built along the mountain range on both the east and west side of the mountains. The Underroads also contain many smaller settlements that rose up alongside the various inns and rest stops that lined the roads.
