Dragons banish the other creatures

Era beginning/end

0AE

The dragons used enchantion magic to banish all the fexies and dracogryths to the Worldbelow, an uninhabited, hostile world below the world where Nyrogecia was.

The harbinger fruit became popular within the fexies but the dragons became jealous. The dragons saw how the fexis shared their magic with the dracogryphs (without the dracogryphs having to eat the fruit at all and risk their lives) and wanted some for themselves. They started to burn down the harbinger trees and destroy any fruit without the fexies knowing. At a meeting with the leaders of the tribes, the dragon leader brought up their sadness that they didn't have any powers so the fexies used enchantion magic to give all the dragons elemental breaths. The dragons were grateful but disappointed as they wanted powers for themselves. The dragons decided to leave the island in search for a new one after they stole the fexie's only artefact containing the enchantion power. However, the iceclaws decided to move to an arctic continent as there was no suitable habitat for them in Nyrogecia. They found Nyrogecia but it didn't have any harbinger trees. The dragon with the artefact enchanted the anux gene to only be present in dragons and for fexies and dracogryths with powers or with the gene in their bloodline to die out. The unpowered fexies were stuck on the old island and the dracogryphs flied to Nyrogecia to get revenge. The duskclaws, who were close with the other creatures decided to try steal the artefact back. They succeeded and the other dragons were livid and started a war with them. The dusk dragons out of fearing the creatures safety, used their power to transfer all the non-dragon creatures to the Worldbelow and seal their world off from the dragons. Eventually the duskclaws destroyed the artefact but were soon driven to extinction by the other dragons after years of fighting.
