Snake Sceptre is created

The snake sceptre, historically known as the Cobratail, was created by an unknown light dragon queen.

The Cobratail is an important ancient artifact created after the reign of Shadetrail. It was created by a light dragon queen using Queen Scoria's remaining enchanted horn band and a regular sceptre. The band was uncovered in the mass grave of light and lava dragons in the Bone-dry Desert by the hydras that were on the anthracites' side. The deserters were pissed at the fact that the water dragons lead schemes against them but needed their fish so they made a deal that the hydras would give them the horn band and the deserters would fogive them. The sceptre was used by deserter royalty for hundreds of years until it was lost and never recovered. The wherabouts of the artefact are unknown to this day. A replica of the sceptre was created 200 years ago and is used to this day.   Despite Shadetrail's altering of dracomancers, the electric and water dragons refused to fear them. The light dragon queen kept her power a secret despite being internally tormented so she created the sceptre. Every time an enchantion command was said, whether it was by herself or by any other dragon with the power, it would notify the owner of the Cobratail of the specific enchantion instructions and the owner would decide if it should come true or not based on their judgement. It would make sure dangerous commands never happen in life. Of course this meant the sceptre should never come into contact with a dangerous dragon with the power. Unfortunately, the queen did die somewhere in the desert holding the sceptre and it was lost forever. Enchantion power is now impossible to use without accessing the Cobratail.
