Solfrei
Solfrei was the first colony and city the Undead People ever founded. It is located in the Frozen Lands, south from the Frozen Cathedral. Its name in their ancient language just means "colony".
History
At first, the reawakened found themselves alive outside of the Frozen Cathedral, where their leader, the Archlich lives. They entered the building with no purpose or understanding, and the Archlich explained their life was a result of magic. He sent them southwards, telling them to stop after a valley to establish their first settlement, far from his cathedral for reasons he did not specify.
They did as he commanded and founded Solfrei.
The city is still deep into the Frozen Lands, far from both Doujate and Rojgrasz, in a peacefull and uneventfull region.
In its history, it constituted a solid starting point for the colonization of the Frozen Lands and a safe place to organize the army during the Second Lunade, the first war the Reawakened fought.
Architecture
Solfrei's architecture mimics the Cathedral's. Pointed arches, coloured rosed windows and insanely high spires are the main characteristcs of its most important buildings.
Scholars debate the reason for this. Some claim it was the most natural architecture to choose since it was the only one they had ever saw. Others go for the more metaphysical path, claiming the Reawakened were Canopus' creatures, thus being drawn to the architecture he's used to live in.
