Canter's Claim

Canters claim started as an exploratory mine by the dwarves of Mor Valla.  But as Mor Valla was abandoned, Canters Claim became more and more important in housingt the newly displaced population.  Today, it is the only dwarven settlement in the Northern kingdoms with significant buildings and population above ground.  And while it has been occupied in some capacity fir several hundred years, residential construction has been ongoing for more than a century and continues.
