Havtarn Tower

Havtarn Tower is a relic of the ancient times, before the age of Kings, when the elves established the kingdom of Sylarbor in the Elfin Wood.  With the establishment of mannish kingdoms in the surrounding areas, the elves withdrew from the coast and abandoned the tower to ruin.   In more recent times, the tower has been rumored to be the residence of a monster that has terroized the countryside, referred to as the Havtarn monster.
