Mina Alraqiq

This coastal city has built up around a small fortress that looms over the surrounding desert.  The fortress is ancient and stone and is situated in the heart of this city of slavers, cultists, fishermen, nomads and miners.  Extensive slums exist within the city and stretch between the slaver camps where slaves are sold to cultistists, miners and anyone else needing cheap labor.  There is limited agricutlure in the area and is found mostly along the coast where mists from the Parched Sea water fruit orchards and grain fields.   Mina Alraqiq is run by a governor emplaced by the cultists in Ma-Qead Sith.  It is a gathering point for slavers bringing their captives from the Hesterherre and the gnomish kingdom of Kishpa.  Mina Alraqiq is the center of Tashibar's extensive gem trade, with mutiple gem markets to handle the gems brought in by miners from the base of the mountains to the east.
