Sea Kings
The Kings of Harstad, Heroes Reach, and Thorswrath, are collectively referred to as the Sea Kings, as they actually control very little land. Their power resides in their ships and their maritime prowess.
While there is no formal alliance between the three, and they will often raid each others settlements, they have been know to form temporary alliances to make raids on the their larger, more powerful neighbors, like Miriador, the League, and even the Coringian Empire.
Currently, the king of Thorswrath, Tellun Mainmast, and the king of Harstad, Throdorn the Treacherous, have a declared blood feud between their two lines after the Harstad fleet turned on the Thorswrath fleet at the end of a successful raiding season, plundering their fellow vikings, sinking many of their ships and making off with the plunder. What remained of the fleet from Thorswrath limped home and began plotting their revenge.
The King of Heroes Reach, Fengris Odison, or Fengris the Keg as he known by others, is content to send his fleet to plunder the northern coasts of the Empire and other lands along the Inner Sea. The prestigious Jomsvikings, which he leads as the King of the Reach, has fallen from its days of glory under his negligent leadership and debauchery. He has managed to stay in power although barely, as there have been attempts, possibly led by prominent Jomsvikings, to overthrow the Keg.
