The Outfit

The Outfit is a thieves guild that operates throughout Miriador and Norgaard, and is headquartered in the wilderness outpost of Skintrader Springs. Run by the Master Thief, the Outfit maintains a strict hierarchy as well as chapters within all the major cities of the human kingdoms. The Outfit exerts considerable effort to maintain a balance between gaining and maintaining enough power to keep its leaders safe and comfortable and becoming powerful enough that the King of Miriador or the Kriggsherre of Norgaard take action against them. The Master Thief, currently a man named Logarro who hails from the Baranian Coast, maintains a contingent of bodyguard within Skintrader Springs and lieutenants who report to him in the major cities of the Northern kingdoms.
