The most established couture establishment in the fashionable Starboard Metro, House of Harriet Fashion is an alternative contemporary fashion department store with a third-floor armour boutique and a bespoke magical armour studio on the fourth floor. Harriet Esther Bruelle, éminence grise of the Wandering City fashion scene, spends little time in the shop now other than to criticize the spring line into good order and to fire insouciant staff.
Her trusted lieutenant, Padraig Clements, handles day-to-day management of the store and Marcello (just Marcello) handles the bespoke portfolio with the assistance of the in-house enchanter, Goanwin Bottleport.

Armour Availability

House of Harriet specializes in leather and cloth armour and won't touch metal except as an accessory or filament. They are renowned for the quality of their garments in addition to their stylishness, often customizable in colour and running up to +2 AC. Their prices are also renowned, given their close proximity to both enchanters and magical components that drive the cost of goods sold through the floor.
Their in-house specialty is a half-canvas internal damage soaking layer that typically runs 1d4 but can be employed as a pinstripe for a 1 dmg soak or in a "coward's coat" around front and back for a much more expensive 1d8+1 soak.
Prices vary with availability but generally speaking are graded as standard leather armour (base 11 AC):
2250g = +2 AC, 1 hp soak
3400g = +2 AC, 1d4 hp soak
5500g = +2 AC, 1d8+1 soak
