Camp Bisyl began as a temporary encampment and staging ground for the recolonization of the abandoned, flooded city. After several failed early expeditions across the river, the colonists prepared for a lengthy stay in the waterlogged swamp.
Camp Bisyl has become a slum of semi-permanent structures suspended above the mud of the outer islands north of the ruined city. Expeditions are still sent into the city every so often, however, they never make it far before the colonists are pushed back by a number of monsters and creatures that now call the city home.
