Riverton, through pretty diverse, takes on multiple triton cultural defects.
History
Riverton was created by a human and triton alliance. It is a city half submerged in water and has multiple water power plants and efficient sewers. It houses many of Lunaecia's triton population. It's jurisdiction falls under Triton law but other races follow the laws of Apleau and Ostren when needed. It is overall peaceful.
