Mostly Solesan, a large portion of the population is indentured. Many of the Empires elite and wealthy take residence in the vast housing complexes that dot the capital, as most of the impoverished and poor have been shipped to working colonies.

The planet is the Capital of the Noctran Kingdom, the seat of power for the King.

The planet is ringed by defense stations, and a large fleet protects its sprawling trade network, as 99% of its food is imported, making it vulnerable to siege.

The planet imports large amounts of foodstuffs but has a massive trade surplus as its Consumer goods are of very high quality, and its alloys are cheap yet strong.
Infrastructure
The planet is covered in massive arcologies, producing trillions of credits worth of alloys and consumer goods every month, and high-speed rail and suborbital transports move resources around. Vast water, sewer, and power systems are controlled day and night by computers, and massive factories make up the underbelly of the planet. On the higher levels, Vast opulent housing complexes provide housing for the rich, and shops line every corner.
Assets
The Planet is home to almost 10 billion slaves and produces vast amounts of weapons, metals, and consumer goods. Large food stores feed the planet, and the Noctran bank holds quadrillions of credits in its vaults.

Several large slaving companies hold sway over the government, and many large shipping corporations also hold power.
History
The planet of Noctra was settled in the mid core in 2089. It was soon turned into a massive factory world. It rebelled during the veridian conflict, and gained independence. Several corporations installed what was essentially a puppet king, but the king rapidly gained power and became the true ruler. He then conquered several nearby systems, and the kingdom grew in power and size. It is now a large superpower dominating the outer core and parts of the mid core.
