Heart Casino

Previously under the control of Lord Thaddeus Blackhorn, the Heart Casino was a center of poverty and struggle. Rigged to high hell, it robbed most of its customers blind but kept them coming back with enchanted water.
The Orcish Mob ran security on the premises. When patrons were out of cash, they could gamble away their lives, using labor as a currency. When they reached their tab's limit, members of the Mob would take them away and put them to work.
Since Rock and Stone  intervened, the building has been converted to a shelter for all the people that Lord Thaddeus Blackhorn took advantage of.
