Flooded city of the Numay

West of the Whitestone Island lies the recently discovered flooded city. Sailors speak of large buildings and grand monuments. Strange human-like statues, called Numay riddle the place in strange poses and some, according the sailors, move on their own.
History behind the city is unknown, same as how it ended up at the botom of the ocean. Still, people speculate and created several stories about it.

Descritpion:

The city seems to be around 10km². Large and beautiful stone builings reinforced with metal riddle the place. Their style resembles more depressing gothic style.
The streets are made out of stone bricks and concrete, the buildings range from small family houses with triangle roofs to 4-story tall ones.
Around the city are several giant buildings such as a coloseum, a giant palace, or a giant monument holding the Stone sceptre of the Numay.
Due to how long is is underwater, sea plants and corals made it their home along several species of fish and other creatures.

Swecrets withing the ruins:

A a strange ruin of a city underwater is like a magnet to adventurers and treasure hunters. But they seem to be hesitant to dive there. First, they lack proper equipment to do so and might for a few more centuries.
But more importantly, they fear the Numay. Noone knows what they can do, how powerful they are and noone wants to be the one to test it out at the cost of their own life.

But the city is said to hold strange amterials, tools, weapons and treasure. Maybe even items with powers no see before, as is the case with the Stone sceptre of the Numay.
