Totem of the Eternal Blood Lord
Near the city name on the Island of Origin lies an artifact, a monument to an event not known by most, yet just from it's looks, it gives off a certain feel.
Around 80 years ago, the land was different. The Nagataru culture was mostly the same, but they were seen as a lot less barabric by the others. They were hunters and warriors at heart, a brave bunch of peopl.
But a group with a monstrous idea started to rise up, described in the War for the blood gods, The Eternal Blood Lord at it's helm. They worshipped those called the blood gods and wanted to show the world the 'truth'. People feared these people, some even called them monsters. They revelled in torture and soaked in blood of the innocent as they slaughtered any opposition.
The whole Island of Origin was drenched in blood as the Nagataru fought the ever increasing group. While their tactics were less than humane, they were mostly known for builing monuments out of human bones.
Soon, the war ended and The Eternal Blood Lord's army won.
They estabilishe the religion Servants of the blood gods that is known today, but kept one dark reminder of the events.
The monument was build on what was then a small town. The The Eternal Blood Lord's men captured and executed every single person there. They didn't care if it was a woman, a man, sick or eldery or a newborn. Once the blood started to fully soak into the dirt, they burned the bodies and cleaned their skulls. They bones were crushed and mixed into a concrete-like substance, which was used along with the skulls. A large pyramid-like structure was built out of them and the weapon, a glaive, used to executed the people, was placed on top, where it lies to this day.

Description:
The artifact is a masterfully crafted steel glaive, which supposedly used blood to coold down the blade when it was being made. The Eternal Blood Lord wielded this weapon among many of his others. It's reinforced shaft, made out of The silent tree's wood, and the blade are carved with depictions of battle and other events.The pyramid shaped monument it is placed on is made out of hundreds of skulls, held together with a concrete-like substance, made with crushed bones.
