Ophelia Inkwell

Formerly just a mere mortal human woman living a modest life as a priestess who sought for a more exciting life amongst the wary roads and repetitive conversations. Having heard tales of tieflings and rumors of alleged power, Ophelia took to the darker side of praise; beginning to worship a patron alongside her deity in promise of power and hopes of a different life, eventually causing her to strike a bargain with a daemon. In exchange for her first born, she'll provide the daemon with a heir only if he were to give her eternal life; and the deed was done, or at least it was alleged that the fate was sealed, but eternal life grew to not be enough for the woman. Ophelia's obsession with power and fates lead her to the woods after hearing tales of two powerful witches who yearned for their own kin, but fate would not allow them to bare their own and through sheer will; the woman, who bore the guise of a thinly woman with mousy hair fell swindled to Ophelia's charm, who swore to the witch her first born in exchange for a sliver of their magics, which they most happily agreed. Not having any real interest in raising this strange child of hers, Wilby Wallabeast She passed the child off to a coven of Witches and let them raise him in her stead. She still shows up time to time in Wilby's life whether to teach him an unfortunate lesson, take some money that she feels he owes her for bringing him into this world, and to make sure that her promised trade item remains unharmed for whenever the Daemon returns to collect what is his.
