The Ruins

Found throughout the Blighted Forest are the ruins of an ancient, sprawling city. No one remembers its name any more or who might have frequented these sprawling stone and metal fortresses. By far the most dangerous area of the Blighted woods, the floors of the buildings and forests are littered with the remains of animals and adventurers who made their way into the winding mazelike paths. Though it is clear some predators lurk within these unforgiving walls, there have been no accurate accounts of what these creatures may be. Rumours and tales abound of twisted monstrosities or curious monsters who prowl this now uninhabitable area. Those who have stumbled upon the ruins are quick to leave, announced by predatory growls and roars from within. In some areas of the ruins the canopies have overgrown to such an extent, between metal beams, that the sun no longer shines. Though the Kindred are very clear that they will not frequent the area, it is curious still if other nighttime prowlers may make their home in and amongst these ruins.
