Ferrin Kastilar
A small, middle-aged, halfling gentleman wanders through Sea Grove of Obad-Hai. Periodically, you see him kneel by a tree or bush communing with it for a few moments before wandering onward. Those who talk with him find he has a deep abiding love for this grove--turning it into a shrine for Obad-Hai. He talks solemnly about his duties to nature. He cares for this grove to prevent the evil aspects of nature taking root like they have in the Dreadwood Forest that now requires his elven friends to contain it's horrors. Even with those forces, sometimes it's necessary to hire from here to track and destroy aberrations that break free from the elves.
