Councillor Manistrad Copperlocks
Named for her curly red hair, the leader of the mining operation in Saltmarsh, Manistrad Copperlocks towers over her dwarven brethren, reaching nearly 5 feet in height. But the impression she gives is more than mere physical height-- she carries herself proudly and with confidence. And this confidence serves her ongoing quest for veins of gold, platinum, and gems of every hue which would bring glory to her and new industries to Saltmarsh.
With her relatively young age and hunger to prove herself, she left the Good Hills, putting her reputation on the line for this mining operation, determined to show once again she is more than capable of pulling off impossible jobs. With singular focus, she has little care for the rest of the council and has never bothered to smooth the ruffled feathers of the local leaders. This creates more hardship for all involved, but especially Eliander, the de facto peacemaker. Unaware of this unintentional friction, she continues to press her agenda giving little thought to any other factors.

Once a fearsome warrior, she is Iron-willed dwarven woman that is a competent leader and savy miner with a knack for pulling off impossible jobs. She leads the mining operation near Saltmarsh and has little patience for the rest of the council who she sees as dullards.
