Darach

A Darach, also called a Dark Druid, is a Druid who has rejected their vow to maintain the natural balance, and instead seeks to use magical power for their own ends, even if it means depleting the natural magic of an area.

Darachs are not necessarily malicious - some use their magic only in ways they consider ethical and take care not to do long-term damage - but many are.
