It has the effect of dimming the elemental force in a being, grounding the elemental Scions.
A Surian's natural warmth will be lowered to human levels, and their body flames become contained in a hair-like condition, unable to set things on fire.
A Cirroan's body becomes heavier and more tangible to hold. Their body mist settles in a hair-like condition.
