Scene: Afterfight

"That was the last of them" Alea states, wiping the sweat from her forehead before pulling her sword from the fresh fungalite corpse, lying face down in the grass. "Unless Brynja smells something I don't, that is."

Among the figures left standing a huge ashen wolf-woman sniffs the air before turning to Alea, jumping to her side, towering above her small frame.
"No, that was it." Brynja answers. "Back to town then?"

"That sounds like the best thing I've heard all day!" Zeldine's joyful voice rings through.

"What do you think, Alice?" Alea turns to their seer, who carries a thoughtful look. She knows better than to ignore that expression from one who sees past time itself.

"There's change in the air. Something drove these fungalites here. Something... stirring. We should return, but stick around this town for a while." Alice's features lighten up, as she returns to the present. Alea usually calls the shots, but not before taking Alice's premonitions into consideration, however vague they might be. But staying around sounds like a good call for her too. Their adventuring group have been travelling a lot lately, and it's important to lay low once in a while.

"We better get real rooms at the inn then," she smiles to the group.
