Muhuru
Overview
Despite their dense armor, these ankylosaurs are actually much lighter than they appear, and their plates are specially designed to hold large pockets of air. With these, muhuru can float on the surface of the water, and their plates are highly valued for crafting defensive bottoms on boats and rafts. When necessary, the muhuru can also take in significant amounts of water like a camel, filling in the air pockets with these water pouches to allow them to survive for long periods in the desert.
