  Your walking speed is 15 feet.    

Brain Munch

  Action - Make an unarmed attack against a creature within melee range of you. If you hit, your target takes an additional 1d12 psychic damage and loses 1 Intelligence until they rest, and you may choose one of the following:  
  • You gain 1 Intelligence (cannot go above 20) until you complete a long rest.
  • You cast the spell Dominate Monster on your target.
  • You may cast the spell Levitate at will until you complete a long rest.
  • You may cast the spell Detect Thoughts at will until you complete a long rest.
  • The target of your attack must pass a DC 20 Intelligence saving throw or take 2d12 psychic damage and become stunned until your next turn.
  • You experience 1 hour of your target's memory, at the Raven Queen's discretion.
  • You regain 2d12 hit points.
   

Magic Resistance

  You have advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.    

Psionic Telepathy

  You cannot speak, but unless you are frightened you may communicate telepathically with any creature you can perceive and you may mentally provide verbal components for spells.    

Psionic Tentacles

  You may use Intelligence instead of Strength for unarmed attack and damage rolls.
