Bonus Action - Enter Wrestling Stance until you enter another stance or use an action to exit Wrestling Stance. While in Wrestling Stance, you change in the following ways:
 
  • You may roll an additional 1d12 on Athletics rolls.

  • Whenever you grapple a creature, they are restrained as long as they are grappled.

  • Whenever you start your turn prone, you fail a death saving throw.

  • Whenever you start your turn standing, you may reset your death saving throws.

  • Whenever you take damage, you must pass a DC 20 Constitution saving throw or be knocked prone.

  • You exit Wrestling Stance when you die.
