Session 2 - Incarceration Report

General Summary

Summary
The party realising that they are currently standing near a dead guard's corpse and an unconcious one, decide that they should probably get away as fast as possible. Sanjo wears the guard's uniform and dump the unconcious guard - who's name is Ishi Sora - near a dumpster nearby with a sake bottle next to him. They then proceed to ask for directions to Chisa's home, however their stories conflicted and the guard wasnt buying any of it. During this, a gnome by the name of Chiyo came over and asked the party if they could help her with more info about Chisa, however she ended up having to follow them to the barracks so she can question them.
Within the barracks, Sanjo with the help of a guard called Takao, managed to persuade the guard captain that he was new to the guard. Takao then blackmailed Sanjo into doing him a favour of lowering the taxation issue within the village, thinking Sanjo is a part of a big organisation... Sanjo then proceeded to start protests and riots within the village populace in order to complete this task.
During the riots, and after a failed persuasion attempt on a random guard, the guards had to leave the barracks to assist the others at the castle gates. This allowed Chikumaru to dig a hole out of the cell using magic, and while the barracks were empty, Chiyo snuck in, and with much trouble managed to work with Yua to knock out the warden, free Yua and escape.
Meanwhile back at the castle gates, the guards from the barracks joined Sanjo's riot after a successful speech and persuasion attempt, attacking the castle with the village folk.
The party, after escaping the area, went to look for the Onmyoji that Chisa had mentioned and found a purple colorued tent where Jingu - the Onmyoji - resides. Jingu told the party that he would be able to transport their items to him and show them a glimpse of where they died in return for the heart of Foo Dog that had recently claimed an area of the forest in the north as part of its territory. Chikumaru suggested bringing the entire dog back as well, which would net them a bigger reward. Otherwise he can offer them a short glimpse of the location of their items for a smaller fee.
The party then rested at The Shimmering Scales tavern and had a good meal, courtesy of Chiyo.
