The Halfling women that runs the library portion of the The Colbalt Archive, and has close links with the The Soltryce Academies.
Leyola is short but imposing women, with wild brown hair. and glasses To visitors to the library she is rational and aloof but mostly helpful, unless he is in the middle of his personal research. Leyola doesn't always man the library he is sometime off in the academy proper teaching young magic users about her speciality; divination magic; which she sometimes puts to use locating books.
