The Colbalt Archive

On edge of this outcropping, towards the centre point of the city, is a large pale limestone building with large windows; that is shaped like a horse-shoe.
The two large wooden doors lead into the temple portion of this building; this is the temple to The Knowing Mistress - Ioun. At both ends of the long room are two more sets of double doors; the left one leads to the archive of The Cobalt Soul and the right doors leads to the library attached to the The Soltryce Academies.
The centre portion of this building lacks a second story, so it has grand cathedral like ceilings.

Purpose / Function

This building is multi-purpose it acts as a place of worship to The Knowing Mistress - Ioun. A Monastery for the monks of the The Cobalt Soul. And a Library for the students of the The Soltryce Academies  as well as the people of Vinadre.
