Warden

Wardens of the Order of Honor, named that way after Kabir's obsession with his previous obesession of renowned and terrifying prison warden.

Qualifications

Wardens are appointed by the head of the order, Kabir Kirk himself, being adventurers that showcase phenomenal prowess within the Order of Honor to the point Kabir trusts them enough to be able to call their own shots and make changes to Honor policy as needed.

Requirements

The requirements are loose and seemingly whatever Kabir wants them to be at the time, as within the Order of Honors history only four Wardens have ever been appointed, Anrea, Mock, Misty Rivers and Sir Glintwood.

Appointment

There is no large scale ceremony or big thing, Kabir simply would call someone who would become a Warden, talk to them a little bit within the Order of Honors base on Karica and then give them a badge. The system being this loose leaves a lot to be desired, as just a badge can easily be faked so most Order of Honor adventuring guilds who do not catch the news may be wary of a sudden new Warden.

Duties

The only extra duties of a Warden are to be someone who the other members of the Order of Honor can look up to, along with the ability to make changes to policies as needed on the fly.

Responsibilities

They have no additional responsibilities unless Kabir decides they need additional responsibilites at the sudden moment, as he is a rather indecisive leader.

Accoutrements & Equipment

Wardens, along with the standard Order of Honor crest are required to wear another badge that is in a similar nature to their existing crest, but to notify the order members that they are in fact a Warden.

Grounds for Removal/Dismissal

No Warden has ever been dismissed or removed from their rank, but nobody really wants to mess with Kabir enough to find out how it would be done.

Warden is a strangely unique rank, not exactly being able to be equated to other organizations as the Order of Honor is a large group of mercenaries and adventurers, though it can easily be comparable to that of a policing forces captain.
