The local architecture is rotten and often near colapse. Trading often takes place, in pre-prepared markets, where there usually has been a hiring of local gang members, to protect the market from being overrun by other gangs and criminals.

Demographics

Often called; The lower of the Lowers. Many people living in this area are sickly, criminals hiding from the eye of The Zharzi or old and abandoned by family.

Government

The spokesperson for the Goldenrush District, is a position few desire. The gangs and criminals within the district either want you on their payroll or dead in a ditch. So most times the position is left empty for months at a time, whenever the previous spokesperson "leaves the job".

Infrastructure

The streets are often flowing with excrement and urine. The cobblestone roads are full of holes and the houses just as much.
