Orange

Spoken across the Orange Isles, Orange is a diverse language, with each island composing The Isles having developed their own dialect. The main dialects spoken in Orange are Cthumaic, High Tzipiaic and Tulaic. Each island dialect is distinct enought to be considered it's own language, but owing to the nomadic origins of the language when Gwargiwans sailed to the Isles each dialect share commonalities. These include the use of Similar Naming systems for people and places, similar alphabets and gramatical structure and Timekeeping. Orange is considered the second oldest language after Gwargiwan, since the Orange Isles were the first lands discovered when Gwargiwans migrated out. It also shares some elements with Gwargiwan, though most of what made Gwargiwan similar to the Zamiotl language had changed. Gwargiwan is one of the three standard languages spoken at The Wyndelkyndian Confederal Parliament, the standard dialect of which is Tzipiaic.   Alphabets used across the Isles have between 20 and 24 letters. The three main dialects all have 22 letters in their alphabet. The standard timekeeping system used by Orange speakers is The Night Calendar.
